Saints & Pioneers of the Faith

The faith has never been handed down through books alone; it has been carried by people — one trembling, ordinary, extraordinary life at a time. Scripture calls them “so great a cloud of witnesses,” and they are anything but marble statues: a monk who could not find peace until grace found him, a doctor who buried his own children on the mission field, a preacher who shook a nation with a whisper. Their lives are proof that the gospel is not a theory but a thing people have lived and died for.

This gathering runs from the church fathers to the modern era, and it deliberately makes room for the pioneers of the Chinese church — Watchman Nee, John Sung, and others whose stories are too rarely told alongside the Western names. Each is told as a whole life: the turning point, the cost, their own words, and the legacy that outlived them.
